  • ½ Cauliflower, grated
  • 4 Small chicken breasts
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1  tsp. chipotle chili powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ Romaine Lettuce Head, shredded
  • ½ cup Guacamole
  • ½ cup Pico de Gallo

How to make chipotle bowl

STEP 1: PREP WORK:
