The Chipotle Keto Bowl is ideal for low-carb diets, as I have stated. It has 535 calories, 36 grammes of fat, 30 grammes of protein, and just 7 net carbohydrates. Everyone is aware that a keto diet calls for a minimal carbohydrate intake.

You need fat and protein if you are familiar with the diet, of course. The Chipotle Keto Bowl’s protein and fat content prevents you from getting hungry. Any keto diet must include fat, and this bowl has just the right amount of fat.

You have the option of ordering one or two servings of meat. Your desired calorie intake is the only thing that matters in this situation. Double meat is what I prefer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ½ Cauliflower, grated
  • 4 Small chicken breasts
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1  tsp. chipotle chili powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ Romaine Lettuce Head, shredded
  • ½ cup Guacamole
  • ½ cup Pico de Gallo

How to make chipotle bowl

STEP 1: PREP WORK:

First, add the olive oil to a nonstick skillet and heat it over medium -high heat.

Then, add the salt and cauliflower rice, &simmer for an additional 15 minutes, or until tender.Remove it after cooking and place it aside.

Additionally, you can season the chicken with salt, pepper, chipotle chilli powder, cumin &garlic while the cauliflower rice is cooking. To make sure the chicken is thoroughly covered with the seasoning,I prefer to do this in a bowl.

STEP 2: COOK THE CHICKEN:

The same skillet that the cauliflower rice was cooked in will now contain the seasoned chicken.

The chicken should be cooked for around 5 -7 minutes on each side or until it reaches 165°F inside.

STEP 3: BUILD YOUR BOWL:

So, now that the cauliflower and chicken are cooked, you can assemble the bowls!

First, arrange the bowls with lettuce and cauliflower rice. Then, top them with chicken, guacamole, and pico de Gallo. By the way, if you want to take your meal to the next level – and get the full Chipotle experience – you can pair this keto cheese sauce with these keto tortilla chips and eat them as a side to this bowl!

HOW TO STORE YOUR CHIPOTLE BOWL

Make sure your Chipotle bowl has reached room temperature before storing it. After that, store it in a refrigerator in an airtight container. The food will stay fresh &avoid drying out as a result of this. Simply reheat the bowl in the microwave or on the stove when youre ready to eat it once again.

If the components are kept in a container that is airtight in the refrigerator, they should survive for about 3 to 4 days.

HOW TO REHEAT KETO CHIPOTLE BOWL

Just so you know, you can easily eat this keto salad bowl cold without having to reheat it.

However, the easiest approach to reheat chicken – or riced cauliflower -if you want it hot is to combine everything in a skillet &heat it over medium heat until its hot.

As an alternative, you can just warm up the leftovers in the microwave in 30 -second intervals. It should take between 1.5 &2 minutes to complete.
